Ingredients:

Corn starch, rice flour, pea protein, soy protein, buckwheat flour, glucose, apple fiber, pea fiber, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose thickener, salt.

Recipe for bread making:
- 500 g bread mix
- 10 g instant or fresh yeast
- 500 ml water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
The ingredients should be at room temperature.
1. After mixing in a bowl, add salt, water and yeast (fresh yeast, dissolve in water and add to the other ingredients).
2. Mix the ingredients and slowly add the oil. Knead the dough until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Place the dough in a greased mould, cover with a cloth and leave to stand for 30 minutes until the meat rises (it will approximately double its volume).
3. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place a heatproof dish filled with warm water at the bottom of the oven. Place the dough in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes. After baking, remove from the tin and cool.
