Dino pasta with carrots and peas

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg carrots
  • Approximately 75 g vegan butter
  • 250 g peas (e.g. frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • Salt, pepper
  • Vegetable broth

Preparation:

  1. Peel the carrots, cut into thin slices and fry in butter until al dente.
  2. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the peas and flour and fry briefly.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
  4. Add the pasta to the vegetables and season with salt, pepper and vegetable stock and serve.
