Ingredients: Gluten-free wheat starch, corn starch, corn flour, glucose, thickener: guar gum, E464, potato fibre, acidity regulator: E575, raising agent: sodium carbonates.

Method of preparation. Ingredients: 500 g all-purpose gluten-free mix 0,5 teaspoon salt (5 g) 0,5 teaspoon sugar (7 g) 7 g yeast powder or 25 g fresh yeast 450 ml water (approx. 30 degrees warm) 3 tablespoons oil (20 g) + oil for greasing Preparation: Empty the contents of the bag into a container, add the salt and mix. Then pour in the sugar, yeast, pour in the water and oil. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to a homogeneous mass (with a kneader). Place the dough in a greased mould ( 30x12cm ), cover with a cloth and leave to rise at room temperature (approximately 20°C) for about 45 minutes. When the dough has doubled in volume, brush the top of the bread with oil and place the mould in a preheated oven. Bake at 180 ° C for about 40-45 minutes. Do not open the oven during baking. When the bread is ready, remove it from the mould and leave it to cool. Baking in an oven without air circulation is recommended. |
