PANCAKES:

Ingredients:

100 g mixture,
2 eggs,
230 ml of milk,
2 tablespoons of oil + oil for frying,
2 tablespoons sugar.

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a mixer to obtain a smooth mass with the consistency of thick cream. In a frying pan, heat approx. Pour a thin layer of batter and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

 

MUFFINS:

Ingredients:

4 eggs,
100 g sugar,
16 g vanilla sugar,
200 ml of oil,
250 g MULTI MIX,
7 g baking powder WITHOUT GLUTEN,
100 g dark or milk chocolate.

Preparation:

Beat the eggs with the sugar with a mixer at high speed for 5 minutes until a light and fluffy mass is formed. Then reduce the speed to the lowest setting and add the oil, MULTI MIX and baking powder. Mix until a homogeneous mass is formed. Finally, add the chopped chocolate and gently mix by hand. Place the batter into the prepared muffin tins and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes, until the surface is golden (we recommend baking without hot air).
