Brownie mix: (Sugar, non-fat cocoa powder, potato starch, vegetable fat (palm), wheypowder , dextrose, egg whitepowder , raising agent (E450,E500), emulsifier (E471), salt, thickener (E415),egg melange, vegetable oil, water.

Currant filling 14%: water, redcurrants 25%, glucose-fructose syrup, apple pulp (contributes 15% of the fruit content), modified starch, thickener ( gellan gum ), acidity regulator (citric acid, calcium citrate, sodium citrate), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring, carmine colour, egg melange, vegetable oil, water.
