SCHÄR - BROWNIES - brownie mix, gluten-free, 350g

Gluten-free baking mix for chocolate creations from the oven. Brownies, chocolate muffins and chocolate cakes have never been so easy. Original with Belgian chocolate, lactose-free and preservative-free.

Ingredients:

Raw cane sugar, corn starch, corn flour, cocoa powder, chocolate 7.4% (sugar, cocoa mass 33%, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural flavouring), rice flour, lentil flour, modified tapioca starch, thickener : tara gum.

With the Schär Brownies baking mix, a variety of Chocolate creations can be achieved quickly and easily - whether brownie, chocolate cake or chocolate muffin.

The mixture is of course lactose and wheat free (replace milk with a vegetable drink during preparation if necessary).

Preparation instructions:

Line a 24cm diameter baking tin or 20x20 baking tray with baking paper:
1) prepare 150g melted butter, 2 whole eggs and 100ml milk
2) preheat the oven to 175°C
3) mix the prepared butter, milk, eggs and 350g brownie mix
4) pour the batter into the tin
5) Bake for about 25 minutes
6) after cooling, cut into small pieces
