Water, 29% corn starch*, rice sourdough* natural* (rice flour*, water), rice flour*, buckwheat flour*, 3% corn flour*, sunflower oil*, buckwheat flakes*, psyllium husk*, pea protein*, barley malt extract*°(gluten free), dextrose*, sea salt, thickener: guar gum*, xanthan gum; Yeast*, spices*, natural flavouring.

May contain traces of sesame, soy, lupin and egg.
The bread is suitable for direct consumption and for baking.
Tip: Toast the bread slices for a more intense flavour.
